Running 7,000 miles

THE ULTRA RUN OF SOUTHEAST ASIA

In August 2019, I started running 7,000 miles from Hanoi, Vietnam, to Denpasar, Bali. During my journey, I've been speaking at universities and running coaching workshops. Sharing my story, discoveries and practices of my work to over 2,000 students and local businesses. Driving happiness, clear communication and cultural change into business and education.

Coronavirus challenged me to respond creatively to the current circumstances. I’ve moved all courses and workshops online, and have continued running the remaining distance locally, divided into 268 half-marathons.

You can see my progress via Btracked map and Garmin Connect details below. The map shows the six months running journey from Hanoi to Singapore, which accounts for half of the distance (3,500 miles). Then I was running locally in Sumatra 268 half-marathons to complete the planned mileage.

I FINISHED RUNNING 7,000 MILES ON  AUGUST 22nd, 2020
