From the time we are born, we have been receiving messages from our parents, our teachers, and our societies. These messages or beliefs shaped our ideas about the world and our role in it. While we may think they are relatively harmless, at a closer glance, these messages have subconsciously been affecting our behaviours at every step of our lives.
In this interactive and practical session, participants will learn how messages from childhood, traumatic experiences and generational patterns formed the way we think and behave. And how to use sport to overcome their hesitations and fears by releasing habitual negative thoughts and behaviours.
